Vintage Princeton Tigers Class of 1944 Varsity Letterman Sweater Ivy League

Offered here is a really cool vintage Princeton University varsity letterman sweater worn by a PU Class of 1944 graduate, in the middle of World War II.  This is a high quality black pullover wool sweater with felt orange number 44 sewn on the chest.  There is no remaining label sewn in the collar, so the maker is unknown. The sweater measures 18" armpit to armpit and 28" from top to bottom hem.  The sweater has been professionally cleaned but does have some wear and tear as shown in the photos.  Check my other Princeton and Ivy League items on eBay, including pennants, programs, pinback buttons, uniforms, jerseys, tickets and more.  I gladly combine shipping.
