Handmade by Me   This is one of my saturated dichroic shaped sets. I am starting a series of monochromatic, deeply color saturated sets. I made two different types of cane for this set. Both contain different amounts of a deep transparent teal blue and five different colors of dichroic.  I used the lighter cane as a base and then added a spiral layer of silver and copper dichroic topped by a spiral layer of moonlight and candy apple red dichroic. I then encased both the lighter and deeper canes, laid in a spiral.  I shaped the beads using a brass tool into Chiclets and Coins. After shaping, I heated two areas on each side of the coin beads and three on the chiclet beads and twisted the glass into a swirl. I love the deep jewel tones and enjoy working with intense saturated colors. This set really turned out with incredible depth and color and the dichroic shimmers underneath and gives them a lot of drama.  The round beads are made with the canes alone and have two swirls each. The sizes are as follows-- 17 Chiclet Beads - 18mm X 18mm; 18 Coin Beads - 18mm X 18mm;  6 Beads - 11mm; 28 Beads - 10mm; 2 Beads - 9mm.  The set as shown is more than three feet long.
As my beads are handmade, I round to the nearest mm for listing.
