~Pendant General Information~
-Buyer's choice! Pick either 20in silver chain, black cord, or rainbow cord. If no choice is made pendants will come with a 20in silver chain.
-Made from Borosilicate Glass
-Color of items might vary due to camera flash and differences in monitors.
-No special lights are used to photograph our products. I take the pictures of the pendants in a dark room, in a black box, with the camera flash. This is to minimize glare on the glass.
-Almost all glass items are best viewed in the sun. The items are beautiful regardless, but the sun really shows all the neat details inside the items and makes the colors pop.
-These are handmade items and some have flaws or imperfections. Each one is unique and beautiful. My camera picks up every flaw possible. Most will not be visible to the eye.
-If there is a hair in the picture, I apologize. They seemed to materialize out of the air.
-Our artist is Aaron Moisio.  His work is beautiful.
-We ship our pendants in a 5" x 5" x 4" (L x W x H) box not a bag. We feel it is better protection for the glass items.

Refunds and Exchanges:  These are handmade art pieces. There is always a possibility of small flaws. They make each piece unique and adds to their beauty. If you have any questions about an item please ask so we can do our very best to avoid returns as shipping is expensive. We would prefer no refunds unless there is something grossly wrong with the item.  Buyer pays return shipping.
