This is a large smooth polished beautifully made rectangular shape glass lampwork bead
in blue, white, and black, with some raised dots, as shown.  This bead
measures approximately
16 - 18 mm by 33 mm long hole to hole
.  The lampwork hole size is large, measuring between
6 and 7 mm
.  This large focal or pendant bead is from my treasure trove of high quality handmade lampwork that I haven't been able to find time to make into finished jewelry for too long, so I'm making them available to others who can make them into wearable works of art that will be seen and enjoyed.  You will receive the exact lampwork bead in the photos.
